Summary: Communication with Julie was awesome. I checked in on the 16th of April at 4:00pm. Checked out on the 23rd at 10:00AM.she reached out to me and made sure I had my check in/out information. Walked me through everything step by step. Thank you! Every year we go to Florida for spring break. Usually we stay at the Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. Upon entering the home you can smell a musty odor. All the fans were on. When I turned them off you can literally see the dust piled on all 3 fans. living room and both bedrooms towards the back of the house. The vents on the walls have not been cleaned. The room with the king size bed was the worse.(the wall above the bathroom door) I would wake up sneezing and so stuffed up. I don’t want to put all the blame on the dust. HEAT STOKE I would set the thermostat to 75 and once it hits 75 it goes back up to Hell lol 85.. i say lol cause it’s all I can do is laugh about it. Just brace yourself, you are going to wake up HOT just about everyday even with the fans on. That’s a promise. TV’S were a joke. Good luck! Ants and ROACHES. I think they fumigated because there was No batteries in the smoke detectors. I had to wash the sheets for all the beds because of the musty smell. Scared that the cleaners did not Wash them. We paid for Pool heat from Wednesday to Friday. It was warm not HOT. We could see the steam from the other pools just not ours. The pool heat is also on a timer so it won’t be on if you want a 3 am swim without the kiddos. No Splash zone time lol!! But couldn’t do it this time around. The area and the home layout is absolutely beautiful. Next to everything literally Wall-Mart was across the street. Kissimmee and Orlando are about 24 minutes away. Old-Town for the kids, Island H20, Fun spot,Universal studio… I’m not a confrontational type of person. Life is tough enough as is. When we go it’s My entire family. My Husband and I. My Mom, Dad, 2 boys 15&12 and 2 girls 6&9. We all just want a good week.I know some things are not always going to go as plan but you should always check your property yourself and make sure it’s up to your standards. That being said. This is a business and when ever you guys are going to leave a review please be honest and always have evidence to back you up. pictures are good but Videos are best. Julie was super friendly tho just wish things were a bit different. I was honestly procrastinating writing this. But I know others are going to experience what we did. Hopefully not.
