This is the ideal destination for family or friends who want to escape into unspoiled nature and discover “la dolce vita” of the Italian lakes. Ideally set up for alfresco living, the property enjoys a large garden with well-kept lawns, a BBQ, dining area with chairs, and lovely views of the surrounding hills and forest.
On the ground floor, guests will find two living rooms. One is more formal with a large fireplace, a leather sofa and a big HD smart TV. The other adjacent room, a winter garden room, is full of sunlight and, in addition to the sofa and armchairs, there is a laptop-friendly desk. The separate kitchen/dining room is a spectacular mix of old and new, with a large, stone fireplace, beamed wooden ceilings and modern kitchen units, with a contemporary, extendable dining table. The kitchen itself is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and Italian moka. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for quick snacks.
