The outbuilding is also built in mansion style in 1910 and restored from 1992 to 1996. Quiet and near the beach location, about 100 m to the fine-grained Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseetherme (with adventure pool, gym and spa area, etc.) is only about 200 meters away. A parking space (number 8) is available for free on the lockable property.
