Wonderful villa with swimming pool and solarium, surrounded by a palm garden and situated just a few steps from the sea in Syracuse.
Villa Arenella is a beautiful villa surrounded by a palm garden, solarium and spacious swimming pool where you can dive from the diving board. Outside there is also a veranda with wicker chairs and wooden tables, where you can enjoy an aperitif and relax in the evening, and a terrace from which to admire the surrounding area. Our villa has two double bedrooms, one double room with two single beds. There is also an attic with a single bed and double bed through which you access the terrace. At the disposal of our guests are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is on the upper floor, and a third toilet.
On the ground floor there is a welcoming and bright living room with fireplace and relaxation area that opens directly onto the veranda, a perfect area to spend an evening with friends and good food.

For culture enthusiasts, you must see the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and also the Latomies of the Capuchins, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as scenic ones. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the Avola tuna fishery and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi.
