✅ Additional Guest Fee:
There is a charge of $25 per day per guest for any additional guests over the age of 12 beyond the base occupancy of two.
This pricing model allows smaller families to enjoy lower nightly rates while ensuring that larger groups contribute fairly to the upkeep of the home and amenities.
✅ Spa Heating Fee:
If you’d like to use the spa, there is an optional $25 per day fee for the entire length of your stay.
✅ Parking & Towing Policy:
We offer two parking spaces in front of the home for your convenience. No street parking is allowed in the community. Vehicles parked on the street or in front of the garage may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Additional parking is available at the clubhouse for your convenience.

✅ Non-Refundable Credit Card Fee:
If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days, 4% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit or debit card. This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of third-party processing.
No parties, no smokers. No e-cigarettes or smoking of any kind. No gatherings or extra guests. Strict rules: sorry, no pets of any kind.
RENTAL RULES
Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises or facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Bu excepting this reservation, it’s agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from using the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Housekeeping: Linens and bath towels are included in the house.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
An extra fee of $25 will be applied to more than two guests per day that are over the age of 12.
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is assigned for the home.
Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POOL AND SPA HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HOME.
If you would like the pool heated, there will be an additional charge. The charge is $25 per day.
Trash and trash barrel must be taken to the curb on the follow days.
Sunday evening for Monday pickup and Thursday evening for Friday pickup. Empty barrels must be returned in front of the garage door the same day.
Failure to follow this rule will result in $100 trash removal fee.
