BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels, washcloths and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. Additional seating at the kitchen island.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating. Pool is for your enjoyment, and not for horse play. We do provide large beach towels.
PARKING: Three to four cars maximum (depending on size of vehicle).
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Beach towels, high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, Iron and ironing board, 1 pack-n-play (upon request), 1 high chair (Upon request) and 3 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the entrance and grass area) and back patio (Outside surveying the pool). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $100 pet fee is required per pet. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages.
WAIVER: This property has a waiver that will need to be signed prior to check-in by the guest who's name appears on the reservation. Not all guests need to sign but all are expected to follow all house rules.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
Guest Access:
Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

Miami has so much history and life! You can enjoy the world famous Miami Beach, go out on a boat or Jet-ski and later make your way to your local bar for drinks and salsa dancing. Whatever you decide to do in Miami we can guarantee you will have an unforgettable time! This house is in a well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 9pm - 8am must be observed outside including pool area.
Getting Around:
Because we are in close proximity to so many locations, having a car is not a necessity. A simple Uber/Lyft ride can take you to your favorite restaurant or to the beach. If you are in need of a car rental please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate.
Other Things to Note:
*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
*No daily cleaning services.
*All TVs are smart TVs for online streaming. No Cable.
*We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of bathing towels & 1 beach towel per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in.
