The Palms is back!
The Palms villa is our most popular villa at the Beach Bungalow which a unique set of 3 family and dog friendly private oceanfront garden villas that we've owned and been improving on for 20+ years. We have used our boat building and design backgrounds to create very comfortable and well appointed beach homes in the heart of the oceanfront of our little beach town.
Location, location, location as they say; and our oceanfront location just down the beach from our little boardwalk area can't be beat.
The villas are very private, with individual privately walled gardens.
The beach is lifeguarded much of the year, and amenities like the best seafood restaurant in the
county are only a couple of blocks away, as are grocers, bars and perhaps 10 restaurants.
Plus we'll hook you up with our friendly local seafood wholesaler for great shrimp, mahi, snapper
and all sorts of good stuff.
And if you don't like leaving your dog behind, you don't have to.
Each villa has a fully fenced private garden and the hardwood and
terracotta tile flooring inside are dog belly heaven. Unlike most dog
friendly places, we specifically designed our villas to be very dog
friendly while still being very, very clean.
Many of our guests have been coming back for years and consider their favorite villa their own beach home.
The Palms villa is a large (1500 sqft) ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious great room layout with french doors leading to your privately walled tropical eden.
There is a second living room facing the ocean that easily converts with twin beds to a semi-private third bedroom.
The Palms private garden is huge and has a dozen coconut trees, a gate to the beach, a hammock, outdoor shower, multiple decks and patios, a bunch of big market umbrellas, and an in ground spa. It's a wonderful tropical eden.
It was our beachfront home for 10 great years and it's been a repeat favorite with our guests for decades.
The Palms can sleep 6 and combined with the Banana and Coconut villas the Bungalow can host a reunion or get together of 16 guests.
