Very spacious, well-furnished vacation apartment for 2 to a maximum of 5 people (82 m²) on the first floor of the vacation home. The apartment, which features a balcony overlooking the garden, consists of a spacious living room with a sofa set, dining area, and satellite TV (Smart TV); two bedrooms (1 with a double bed [180 cm wide], 1 with two single beds), a kitchen with a fully equipped built-in unit, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a shower/tub and toilet. An extra bed is available! By bike, the city center with Dresden’s famous sights is just under a 10-minute ride away via the Elbe Bike Path. The nearest tram stop is about 150 m from the house. The ride to the city center takes about 10 minutes from there as well. There are several good restaurants with beer gardens in the immediate vicinity. One highlight worth mentioning is the Ball- und Brauhaus Watzke, located directly on the Elbe and famous for its “Canaletto view” of the Old Town. As a concert hall with a restaurant and beer garden, it contributes to the cultural diversity of the city. Everything you need for daily life is within walking distance (bakeries, various discount stores, a pharmacy, etc.). The Mickten Tram Station shopping center and the Elbecenter offer ideal shopping opportunities for this purpose. Behind the house is a small garden for our guests. There are also 2 parking spaces and a garden shed for your bicycles. Our guests are welcome to use the property’s bicycles, which are also located there, free of charge.
