This beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome offers plenty of space, natural light and easy access to both the beach and two of Turtle Lane's complex pools.
The living area features vaulted ceilings, a mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings and access to the private patio through sliding doors. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The kitchen features granite counters, an ornate tile backsplash and plenty of space to prepare a meal for your guests. The dining table, located just off the kitchen bar, has seating for 8 and features views of the Turtle Lane pool.
The first guest bedroom is a converted den space that has 2 twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is perfect for the children of the group.
Up a half flight of stairs, you'll find two guest rooms. The first has a queen bed, and the second has 2 full-size beds. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs and both access a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The next level of the home features the master suite. This spacious room features a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private porch area. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and a granite top vanity area.
Turtle Lane is a private gated community located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation. Guests of Turtle Lane have access to two community pools, one of which is seasonally heated.
