Summary: We had a really lovely holiday. Location is perfect for an alpine holiday and we enjoyed staying at the property. So overall left with really good impression. There is scope for improvement though if owners want to “go the extra mile” for a top rating: Replace oven; install dishwasher; sort plumbing (particularly for washing machine as pipes leak!) replace garden furniture, swings, table tennis table and barbecue all being in poor condition. To really go extra mile, leave bike for guest use as Valley is great biking area. On arrival have all beds made and toilet paper. One son had to sleep on a mattress and we had to take toilet paper from public toilet as next day was a Sunday! Sort out payment of tourist tax in advance. It’s a hassle to sort this out during/after holiday. Ensure next guests don’t arrive before 9am on day of departure (as happened to us!) - we felt a bit rushed! All the above offered in spirit of constructive advice - non of the above detracted significantly from our enjoyment. Andrew and family
