This luxurious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is perfect for any vacationer looking to satisfy everyone in their group. With accommodations for up to 10 guests and multiple entertaining areas, there is plenty of room to spend time together or separately. All of this is within about a five-minute walk to the beautiful soft sand of Crescent Beach! Historic St. Augustine is just a short drive away, and offers additional attractions, a variety of art galleries, excellent restaurants, and exceptional nightlife.
As you enter the driveway, you will notice the beautiful landscaping surrounding the house. You will also find plenty of parking for several cars, including space for 2 small to medium sized vehicles in the attached garage.
Enter the house from the 2nd floor front porch; there is a half-bath to the left and stairs to the 3rd floor on the right. Walk straight ahead down the hallway to the large open-floorplan kitchen, dining room, and living room. The professional-grade kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you will need to prep and cook in style with the large, six-burner gas stove, and serve meals for the entire group. The giant kitchen pantry will be stocked with some basic dry goods (e.g cooking oil, rice, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), as well as additional cookware, several small appliances, and a laundry chute to drop soiled laundry directly into the laundry room below. After dinner, relax in the spacious vaulted living room, or exit through the sliding doors to the 2nd floor deck to eat and socialize at the giant teak table with seating for up to 10 people.
The 2nd floor also contains the master suite, with adjustable queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with his/her sinks, private toilet, soaking tub, and a large separate 2-head shower. The master suite also offers direct access to the 2nd floor deck.
Walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor, you will pass a small office area at the top landing, complete with desk and 24” monitor for your laptop (HDMI cord included). This is also where you will find the laundry chute for the 3rd floor.
Walk down the hallway and you will encounter suite style rooms to both the right and the left, each having a bedroom with full bed, full bath with shower, and walk-in closets. Continuing straight brings you to the balcony bedroom with queen bed and a balcony overlooking the living room below.
Walk downstairs to the 1st floor to access the large laundry room and 2-car garage. Continuing down the hallway, you will pass a bedroom (with queen bed) and full bathroom (that also opens directly to the pool area) and end up in a den with complete with large sofa, wet bar, and surround sound entertainment.
Exit through the sliding doors to access the spacious patio and pool area, surrounded by lush landscaping. The patio area also contains an outdoor kitchen area with gas grill, small sink, and plenty of counter space. This is the ideal place to relax!
