We are excited to introduce you to our spacious, newly renovated 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story golf villa located in the beautiful and exclusive Torreon community. No expense was spared in the remodeling, furnishing and decorating…you will not be disappointed.
The kitchen is fully stocked, has beautiful granite countertops, and all the essentials of home. The living room includes high-end furnishings and large screen HD Smart TV to include Roku, cable and high-speed internet. The natural gas fireplace in the main living area provides warmth and ambience during the cool evenings.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with a large walk in closet and renovated walk-in shower and new granite countertops/double sinks. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and adjacent guest bathroom. Both rooms include new, large screen TVs with Roku and cable.
Our villa includes a full-size laundry room for your convenience.
Sitting on the back porch you will experience the cool pines while sitting in custom outdoor furniture enjoying our natural gas outdoor grill.
