FEATURES
Brand new FAMILY FRIENDLY VILLA of 450 habitable meters. There is a huge garden encircling the house, in which you can find a long pool (it is modern desig, large 12 x 5, deep 0,50 m to 1,40m), and a barbacue area. The house is built and decorated in a minimalist modern style. It has a very spacious and bright livingroom which is connected with a covered terrace where we can enjoy the particular mountain views of Pollença. There are four double suits. The house provides air acconditioning and heating in all of its rooms. There is an opened modern kitchen fully equipped connected with the livingroom.
The house has three levels: semi-basement with the garage, gym, jacuzzy and play room. On the ground floor there are located the kitchen, the living room and the main suite. The first floor has three suites with their respectives bathrooms.
For entertainment, the house is equipped with a fitness room with gym and hot tub, a table tennis , a pool table, pingpong table and table games etc. It also has an Smart TV with cable, WIFI and music equipment.
Electricity is measured through a meter. The guest must pay the electricity consumed during their stay.the kw price is 0.29 Euro/kw
The pool is heated in the months of March, April, May, October and November at the request of the client.
The house is placed in a quiet urbanization at the skirts of Tramuntana's mountains named S'Obac, in the surroundings of Pollença and Sa Pobla town, very close to the beach of Port Alcudia (10 minuts by car).
The strategic location is very favorable to reach the highway easily or to participate in many activities (activities explained below).
SUPERMARKETS AND RESTAURANTS
They are at 2 minuts by car (closest in Sa Pobla or Pollença). It is very recomendable to visit the main square of Sa Pobla to taste the traditional spanish-mallorcan tapas. In Sa Pobla you can find Erosky, Mercadona (both spanish) and LIDL, international.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The Villa has some bicycles and it is very recommendable to enjoy a sunny day exploring the surrounding with them. There is a family park in the very woods 100 meters of the house. In the woods there is: a Paintball Fantasy space where you can play paintball by teams with family and friends, or with other people (locals, etc.), and also the family park mentioned before.
PARKING
The Villa has a garage with capacity for three cars. Anyways, the urbanization is very calm and there is not traffic at all, so it is very easy to park on the street.
AIRPORT
In Mallorca we have one main highway from our zone to the city. It is around 30 minutes away from the airport by car or taxi. The public transport is a little bit unfrequent.
