This fantastic 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom linked home offers a full-size South west-facing private pool with spa plus a fun games room. It is located on the popular gated Tuscan Hills community, a Mediterranean-style resort complete with tennis, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse, and is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops on the US27 and is just 8 miles from Disney!
This home offers 5 attractive bedrooms (2 king rooms, 1 queen room and 2 twin rooms) all with flat screen TVs. and also boasts 3.5 bathrooms, a social open-plan living space, a fun games room and a spacious pool deck with a large south west-facing private pool and spa, sun loungers and a shaded dining area. It sleeps 10 people plus a baby.
As you enter the beautiful open-plan living space you’ll see it features a family room with sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the pool deck. The fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cooking utensils and crockery.
The formal dining area seats eight and has views over the beautiful private pool. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools. Step through to the stylish master bedroom suite with a king bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower, sink and a WC. The master bedroom also has sliding doors leading out to a small private patio area. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor.
Head upstairs to the spacious upper level where you will find four further bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is an attractive king suite with a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a flat screen TV and a stylish beach theme. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are spacious and colorful twin rooms with flat screen TVs. There is also a family bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and WC.
After a long day visiting the Orlando attractions, you will love heading home to your private full-sized, south west-facing pool! The screened-in pool deck has a table and chairs set for outdoor dining plus sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children. The garage has been converted into a fun games room with a retro theme, featuring table football and Air Hockey table. There is also a bar table with stools.
At the front of the home is off-road parking for two cars. The home has a laundry closet with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. TV package at the home is a full Roku streaming system which allows unlimited choice. The home is ideally located with easy access to Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Universal Studios and the new Legoland (25 minutes). Shops including Publix, Super Walmart, Walgreens, and restaurants, petrol stations and banking are a few minutes drive away. It's just 5 minutes to the Interstate 75 which is the main route to the West coast. Orlando airport is 30 minutes away and Sandford airport is 60 minutes away. The villa is newly re-furbished and offers luxury accommodation with private pool, in beautiful surroundings.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
