Positive: The staff really went overboard to help us out over our situation! EXPECALLY the waitress on that afternoon, she would have given us anything to see us happy!

Negative: The fact that BOOKING.COM messed up the entire process by NOT forwarding an e-mail message I sent to the Hotel! It was a request that our traveling Dog with us were allowed according to BOOKING.COM he was, the hotel on the other hand has a NO-PET policy. Needly to say that killed this booking.....

Summary: Quick, we had to find another spot.
