If you prefer to keep your feet on solid ground, you can explore Altmühlfranken on numerous hiking trails or Nordic walking routes. The fully furnished apartment features a living room with a TV, stereo system, DVD player, sofa and armchair set, and a wood-burning stove; a dining room; a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher; 2 bedrooms; 1 bathroom with natural light (shower/sink/toilet), 1 guest restroom, 2 storage rooms, and a wellness area (sauna/shower/relaxation area), as well as a washing machine and dryer. Of course, you’re welcome to enjoy the garden. For our younger guests, there’s a swing and a sandbox, and for the very youngest, a crib, a high chair, and a stair gate are available. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per adult per night will be charged additionally on-site. Included in the base price: washing machines and dryers, bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, use of the sauna, and firewood for the wood-burning stove. After written confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due within 14 days of receiving the reservation confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer 1 week before arrival.
