Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute drive (12 miles) from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

This 500-sq ft apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: The layout and furnishings in the apartment when you arrive WILL DIFFER from the photos you see here as the home is being redecorated. We assure you, however, it will not disappoint. The new furnishings and aesthetics will be very modern and comfortable.

WiFi, SmartTV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay.

Please note that for stays 21 nights or more there is a mandatory cleaning fee of 75 USD.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you need more toilet paper please let us know. If you run out of any of the other items, you can buy more at a local shop.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

One vehicle per unit for parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street (for a fee). Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Note: There is a security camera facing the exterior hallway, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety.

This unit is not optimal for the mobility impaired and is not wheelchair accessible as it's on the second floor and the building is not equipped with elevators.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Only one (1) vehicle per unit for parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s or registered car rental driver’s expense.
Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
