Guest will be able to access the property via the electronic door lock for which the code will be provided on the day of move-in.
- Code is changed after each guest for security purposes.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BBQ : Guests are responsible for filling up the gas (could be done at any gas station)
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of products and services.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
