Our two-stories Disney villa is located on one of Orlando's highly acclaimed, short-rental, gated (restricted access) communities, Tuscan Hills. Tuscan Hills in Davenport stands out from its neighbors not only by its tropical palm planting, which injects a wealth of color into the community, but also by the unique and striking red roofs that look beautiful against the bright blue Florida sky. We did not pick our luxury villa on the color of the roof, however. The builder of the Tuscan Hills community has also established a reputation for producing quality Florida rental villas with luxury furnishings.
QUALITY
Every single villa on the Tuscan Hills community has been built to a greater than average specification including standard upgrades to the kitchen appliances, more storage space, high-end of the market carpeting, and close attention to architectural detail.
LOCATION
Tuscan Hills, Orlando is located in Davenport, off Highway 27. Highway 27 is an increasingly popular location with holiday villas for rent in Orlando because of the easy highway access and proximity to parks and attractions that most guests want to visit. On several trips we have timed the journey to the Walt Disney World area entrance to be between 10 and 15 minutes.
COMMUNAL FACILITIES & CLUB HOUSE
The Tuscan Hills Clubhouse is a single-story red-roof building which boasts free internet access, a fitness room, lounge and children's indoor play area. Outside facilities include a large covered lanai, a sand volleyball court, tot lot, palm garden and tennis court. All of these facilities are available to use, free of charge, by Tuscan Hills villa renters.
