▶The minimum age for check-in is 25.
▶ This villa is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Parties are allowed by request. Please, contact us for details. Terms: Nightly Rate is minimum $5000; Maximum quests is 30; Security guard fee may be applied; Additional cleaning fee may be applied.
▶ Smoking is permitted only outside. Evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $1000 fee.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $250 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ We want to deliver the most efficient and simple check-in/check-out experience we can. Before you arrive, we will send you instructions on how to access the house. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions and ensure you have a fantastic stay!

Quite and safe neighborhood, so please respect everyone's privacy. Noise is Strictly enforced by the city of Lighthouse point. There are many shops and restaurants within a 2 mile radius. Walking distance to tennis courts, 2 playgrounds for kids, Church, Volleyball court and soccer field. Publix is less than 2 miles away. Lighthouse marina is very close to the property with a direct access to the ocean. Pampano Beach/Leisure Beach is roughly 10 minutes away, Boca Raton/Meisner Park/Millionaires Row is also 10 minutes away with many unique beautiful shops and restaurants. Boca Raton Beach is also 10 minutes north of the residence.

With your own car or utilizing rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, you have convenient transportation options to explore the surrounding areas from our property.
