This home is the perfect vacation home with a large backyard with heated pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, playground, trampoline, fire pit outdoors, outdoor sitting area, outdoor kitchen, grill and two 6 seats dinning tables.
Inside there is a great big family room with vaulted sealing and lots of windows, pool table, foosball table, and electric fire place.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with one bathroom, as well as a big game/toy room. The Master Bedroom is very large with a king size bed. The other two bedrooms have a full bed, and a twin bed. Downstairs there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and two full bathrooms.
Also downstairs is the living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen area equipped with two large flat screen TVs with Netflix and cabe for unlimited movies. There is also DVD player and PS3 with games.
This is a dream house for family with kids. It is also ped friendly with a dog door for the fenced backyard.
Located at the end of cul de sac that has its private garden with picnic table and benches. It is perfect street to watch you kids play, ride bikes, climb trees etc.
You can also walk to Pete's Place for Karaoke night, or the Blind Goat for great drinks and games. CVS pharmacy and a gas station are also within walk in distance.
South Tampa is the best location to stay, as it is close to Downtown, Hyde Park Village, Bayshore, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Convention Center, River Walk, Tampa International Airport. It is also just a short drive to Downtown St. Pete, beaches, Bush Gardens, etc. South Tampa is a central location with close access to restaurants, malls, shopping, beaches. It is also just one hour from Disney and Orlando.
