Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, a fresh coastal escape with all the essentials: a saltwater heated pool, fenced backyard, and spacious lanai for lounging or dining outdoors. The covered front porch frames bay views and catches Gulf breezes — perfect for slow mornings with coffee. After the beach (just a short walk away), fire up the Blackstone grill or wander to local restaurants and bars. (FMB permit/license 25-0052)
The Space:
The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the covered front porch. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen /dining space. The master bedroom has a King, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a sofa bed in the living space. There are 2 bathrooms, the shared guest bath has double vanities and the master has double vanities with a glass door shower. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging, and shade all day. Four sun loungers get plenty of sun as well ☀️Covered parking for 2 cars plus 2 more uncovered.

The entire property except locked owners closet, attic and storage closet(parking level).
The Neighborhood:
6 minute Walk to the beach, Times Square, restaurants and bars. Avoid the high season car traffic with our walk to everything location.. by sidewalk! We are located in the North End area near the Diamondhead Resort, a great happy hour spot. WE have peeks of the bay from the front porch.
Getting Around:
The free Fort Myers Beach open air Tram can be accessed near the end of the street (where the road gets wider for bus lane) during operating hours. The Tram can take you to town with shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.
