Enjoy a great holiday in this beautifully situated alpine hut. Right here - where you have the feeling that heaven and earth are touching - lies this self-catering hut at 1600 metres above sea level. You have a marvellous panoramic view over the Lavanttal valley - over the paradise of Carinthia. In summer as in winter, the holiday home offers you a wonderful view.
Guests also have parking spaces for three cars (approx. 50 m away) as well as a ski shed for the winter and sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue for the summer months. There are further parking spaces approx. 200 m from the property.
There are two separate flats, which can be reached via an external staircase. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (each 90 x 200 cm), the sauna as well as a bathroom and a WC. Lovingly furnished in a rustic style, you are offered a cosy atmosphere. On the first floor there is also a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy room with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed as well as a bathroom and a WC. A conservatory with a cosy seating area for twelve people and the large living room with an open fireplace form the centrepiece for all guests. There is electric heating in all rooms and additional fireplaces in the living rooms.
You live in a quiet dream location - in summer you can hear the birds chirping, relax and dream or go on wonderful hikes on the well-marked hiking trails over the gentle hills of the Saualpe. Visit one of the cosy alpine huts or simply soak up the sun on the sunbathing lawn. This is what a holiday can be like! For skiing, you'll be staying right on the ski piste at Klippitztörl, in Austria. After having fun on the slopes, you can relax in the hotel's own sauna or spend a few pleasant hours in front of the fireplace. The nearest shopping centre is in Bad St. Leonhard, approx. 10 km away.
