Summary: My group of friends and I traveled to the Dayton area to attend a local event. This house was perfect for our needs. Even though I never met the owner, they were responsive and checked in to make sure we're having a nice visit. The only thing I would suggest is to include cutlery in the house. If there was cutlery, we couldn't find it. We went shopping and bought some disposable ones, not a big deal.
