Our villa offers a private pool, 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms with a games room and off-street parking. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer & dryer, iron & board, linens and towels. There are smart TVs in every room and cable TV in living room and 2 bedrooms. A central clubhouse in the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area for the children. Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, and is only 15 minutes from Disney’s main gate.

Please note that pool heat is $30 per day. Please enquire before your stay if you require pool heat.
