Summary: Wanted an inexpensive room for 1 night near Palm Beach Airport that was clean and safe and this definitely fit the bill. It’s definitely no frills (no in-room coffee machine or coffee in the lobby, no tissues, no lotion or conditioner, and I overheard in the lobby that you have to bring your dirty towels in the provided laundry basket to the front desk to get clean towels). But it was new (opened 2 months ago), clean, felt safe, had free parking, AC worked great, front desk staff was professional and friendly, and its a 10 minute drive to the PBI airport.
