Self-check-in and arrival, wellness smart suites does not have a front desk. after booking, you will automatically receive a whatsapp message with the information you need to arrange your arrival, please reply to the whatsapp message, wellness & spa, our wellness area offers three access options:, 1. standard access, shared access from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, for a maximum of 120 minutes, advance reservation is required and subject to availability, standard access cannot be booked for the same day; the earliest available booking is for the following day, €25 for 1–2 people / €45 for 3–4 people, 2. spa package included, if you’ve chosen a rate that includes the spa package, shared access to the wellness area is already included in your stay, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, no separate wellness reservation is required, and priority access is guaranteed.the private wellness access is not included, 3. private wellness, exclusive use of the wellness area from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, for a maximum of 120 minutes, advance reservations are required and subject to availability, same-day reservations for private wellness are not available; the earliest available booking is for the following day, €55 for 1–2 people / €80 for 3–4 people, if you’d like the wellness experience to be included and arranged as part of your stay, choose a rate that includes the spa package when you book, parking, parking spaces at wellness smart suites are limited and available only upon reservation and our confirmation (€20/day), please let wellness smart suites know in advance what time you expect to arrive. you can include this information in the “special requests” section when making your reservation, or contact the property using the contact information provided in your reservation confirmation.
