The main floor features four King bedroom en-suites offers exceptional privacy and comfort, downstairs there is another bedroom (two twins and a daybed with twin trundle) with a bathroom and a new bunk room featuring four queen bunks. The estate features tranquil garden and ocean views and is professionally decorated with plush furnishings curated with attention to detail from many local artisans. Additional conveniences include a fabulous chef's kitchen with sub zero range & wolf gas stove, outdoor dining lanai off the kitchen with ocean views, a gym in the garage with hydro rower, treadmill, free weights & TV. Primary suite has a beautiful ocean view, desk area, and features a large ensuite bath with large walk in shower, jetted soaking tub, two vanities with an additional makeup area, as well as a very large closet to store everyone's luggage or even large enough for multiple pack n plays.
The villa also features a solar-assisted energy system, spacious laundry and mudroom, a large 3-car garage, bikes, scooters & helmets as well as all the necessary beach & baby/kid's essentials, ensuring a truly effortless luxury stay.
