Waterside Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, hammocks, and smart TVs. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella.
The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and top king bedroom offer incredible views.

Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed.Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area.

*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
