Beautiful waterfront vacation home located in Pleasure Isles, just a 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf where you can enjoy excellent fresh caught fish and breathtaking views! This is what Florida vacations are made of! Fish or crab off your private dock. Bring your own boat or rent one just minutes away. If fishing is a vacation must, your own private dock sits just outside your back door. We are a family and pet friendly vacation home that welcomes children. Dogs only....no cats. (If cats are brought into home a $500 fee will be added.)
Don’t forget to visit State Manatee park Weeki Wachee very close!! You’ll yourself natural spring with lots of manatees in their natural habitat and surroundings.
Located on a fenced double lot, this home has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. Features include a saltwater pool with soaking tub/spa, waterfall grotto, corn hole, outdoor tiki bar with tv, gazebo, a boat dock, kayaks and a paddleboard are provided to check out the local manatees and dolphins. The floating dock makes it easy to launch the kayaks or keep your boat. A gas grill located on the patio. The yard is fenced in the front and sides, but open to the water. ***There is also off street parking available for your big Class A RV or your boat and trailer!!! (pool does not have a hot tub. Soaking tub is pool temperature). This is not a hot tub.

Imagine starting your day sitting out in the covered gazebo enjoying your morning coffee or tea! In the evening you can take the kayaks or paddleboard out to the channel and watch the dolphins play in the low tide with a beautiful sunset as your backdrop. Fishing charters and scallop boats are available near by. Additional kayak rentals available form local vendors.

Spacious updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen has everything you need including a microwave, coffee maker(both drip and k-cup), toaster, mixer, blender, pots-n-pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. It’s equipped to cook your favorite meals and an extra refrigerator in the garage is provided to store your bait or catch of the day!

This 3 bedroom/2 full bath home has 2 kings, 2 twins and a fold out sofa to comfortably sleep 8. The house comes with free Wifi, 125+ TV channels, a few classic books and board games.

Pool towels, bath towels, linens, full size washer/dryer, ironing board/iron are included. We provide light cleaning supplies. A full size washer and dryer is available for your laundry needs. There is a new UV light (ultraviolet germicidal irradiation system) in the HVAC system to sanitize air.

*Ring doorbell and security cameras have video/audio capabilities.
*For added security, you will receive your own personal access code to the electronic deadbolt. Previous guests access codes are deleted upon departure.
*Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $25 per day per dog, plus a refundable $250 pet damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check out provided there is no damage or dog waste to pick up. For dogs larger than 50 pounds, please check with us as we do allow larger dogs on a case by case basis, depending on size and breed.
*No cats or other pets. $500 violation fee
*No smoking or vaping in the home.
*Quiet time is from 10:00PM until 8:00AM and no parking on the street per Pasco County Ordinances. All parking must be in the 2 driveways.
*No fish or bait is to be stored in the kitchen refrigerator. There is an extra refrigerator with freezer in the garage to store these things.
*One spare full propane tank is on hand in case the grill runs low
*We reserve the right to access the outside garage where we keep tools for repairs, but would of course coordinate entering the property for repairs with you first.
*Pool is heated to 87 degrees from April 1 until November 1. Pool heat during the "off season" is $30 per day.

***With the upswing of cancelled flights, pandemics, weather issues, etc we strongly urge all travelers to get trip insurance. It's a small price to pay for the peace of mind.

Summary: We booked this home for 2/1-2/18. We only got to stay until the afternoon of the 12th. Apparently there was suppose to be construction that would possibly interrupt the electricity and WiFi. We had 2 people working remotely and that would not work for us. So after some scramble we found another place and moved. The house is mostly as it was listed when we booked. The owner will be updating the amenities list. The pool is lovely and the back yard is a nice place to relax. Unfortunately we did have some problems with the pool heater. The owner and the pool techs worked hard to resolve this and the pool did warm up. House is clean and the beds were comfy. The location is great for visiting attractions along the coast. Many good restaurants in the area. Owner was very responsive to communications and proactive at letting us know we needed to move. VRBO was horrible to deal with through customer support. We ended up finding another booking on our own and settling the balance with the owner. Our stay here was more complicated than it needed to be. FYI for future booking purposes, the house is listed for sale.
