This spacious vacation home totaling over 3,763 Sq. Ft. (1,800 square feet of living area) sits on a professionally landscaped and cared for triple lot with circular drive, and is fully updated, equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to meet the most discerning of guests. Whether you are traveling with friends or your family, you’ll appreciate the split floor plan, having the master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms. There are also private exits to the pool area from the Master Bedroom and from the guest bathroom.
You’ll appreciate a great breeze year round off the canal. Large sliding glass doors lead to an Oversized Lanai with pool bath, outdoor shower, wet bar, gas grill, flat screen HDTV, Bluetooth Stereo, outdoor refrigerator and comfortable outdoor furniture. Outdoor Features include an Oversized Heated & Screened Pool with brick pavers and a wall of sliding glass doors that can be closed between the Lanai and pool interface.
Indoors you’ll enjoy the large updated Kitchen with Newer cabinets, Light Fixtures, Garbage Disposal and Stainless Steel Appliances, as well as Vaulted Ceilings, Formal Dining area, 5 flat screen TV’s, DIRECTV, High Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Cordless Phones, Tile Flooring and 8 ceiling fans.
Our home sleeps 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a New King sized bed in the Master Bedroom, and Queen size in bedrooms #2, and #3.
