Take the day and head to The Park at OWA, located only fifteen miles from the condo, and enjoy a variety of great places to eat, shopping, an arcade, live music, and their amusement park with over 20 rides and growing! You are also only eight miles from the Wharf, where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast.

Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.
