Summary: This is a great property with a spectacular view as advertised. The home is well-furnished and the kitchen is fully functional and well appointed. The hosts, especially Liz, were proactively engaged and were available on short notice to answer questions. Moran State Park is a jewel very close by with a broad range of hiking, biking, and swimming options for the family. Two cautionary notes: there is only one bathroom (which is disclosed in the listing) so if you plan on visiting with a large group that could be an issue. Also, there is another house right next door (30 feet approx). There was no one living there when we visited, but it would have been a little close if someone had been. Overall, a great place to spend a week and we're happy we chose this property.
