Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so that was great. The location can't be beat -- we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to. As previously stated, parking is tricky. Since it was off season we parked in a nearby church parking lot and gave a donation. Street parking was scarce, and there was construciton going on so it blocked off the street in front of the building. It was a little tough to find, but once we did we enjoyed ourselves.
