This is a large, spacious, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa, which comfortably sleeps 8 and is air-conditioned throughout also with ceiling fans. There is a large vaulted ceiling living room and kitchen which has full facilities. There is a large 8 seater L shaped sofa from which you can enjoy the huge smart 4K TV which has a comprehensive TV package. A dining table which can seat up to 8 and a breakfast table which can seat 4. There is a games room and a practical laundry room. It has a private, screened pool deck with swimming pool and spa with a facility to control the 'bubbles' in the spa directly from the pool deck which in the summer has the sun on it all day. There is also a shaded patio dining and lounging area on the pool deck, which is surrounded by lush full foliage, which gives some privacy when enjoying the pool spa and pool deck. A really wonderful relaxing place to be!! There is a private double drive to the front for parking.
PLEASE NOTE Pool/Spa heat is available on request (on from 9am - 6pm) at an additional charge of £32 per day including all fees and taxes and with a minimum of 3 days.
BBQ grills are available on request and additional charges apply. Requests need to be made at least 2 weeks before check in.
