Villa Connie is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath electric-heated pool home with a split floor plan for privacy. Located on a sailboat access canal just a short trip to the Caloosahatchee River and onto the beach of Mexico's beautiful waters, this villa offers everything needed for a memorable Florida vacation. **BOAT LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE**
KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has bicycles and a pool table for guests.
Living Room: The large living room features comfortable leather furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view of the pool from the sliding glass doors. Villa Connie is complete with a game room with a pool table, dartboard, large screen TV, and a dry bar.
Kitchen/Dining Room: The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel furniture, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar that seats two. Off of the kitchen is the formal dining room, which seats four.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and a large dresser, as well as sliders leading to the lanai. The attached master bathroom features two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second guest room features 2 twin-size beds. They both offer flat-screen TVs and share the guest bathroom, which provides a tub/shower combination.
Pool/Lanai/Dock: The spacious southern exposure lanai features a sizeable electric-heated pool with a view of the wide canal. Relax by the pool and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, or enjoy your meals on the poolside while watching boats and wildlife meander through the canal system on their way to the river. Please note that the boat lift is not available for tenant use.
