Summary: Nice property looks recently renovated. Everything was clean and neat. The master bedroom and master bathroom are nicely sized with a TV in the bedroom. The other two bedrooms are also very nice but only one has a TV. There is also a large TV in the living space. All TVs only have the free streaming services so you'll need to use your streaming accounts if you want more than the bare basics. Out in the back there is a lanai with a covered area with a table and chairs where you can eat. There was a grill you can use for $25 for the entire stay which covers propane and cleaning. The pool is medium sized but was plenty big for the four of us and the water was crystal clear. The property is in a nice neighborhood setting conveniently located between the beach and the city. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach and 15 to 20 minutes to the city. The check-in and check out process was super easy and Sergi was always quick to answer and respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who would like a base to explore the Jacksonville area from and then come back for a nice relaxing evening at the pool.
