We will then first attempt to rent the vacation rental to someone else so that you do not incur any cancellation fees. If we are unable to do so, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee. You may cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before your arrival. For cancellations made after that, we charge 50% of the booked stay up to 1 week before arrival, and 80% for cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel, we reserve the right to charge 100%. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.
