The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a large private master bath with his & her sinks & walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened lanai offers a great space for just enjoying your morning coffee or kicking back and relaxing with friends after a busy day. We can't forget the family fur home is perfect for the family dog to get out and run with the private back yard.
This dog friendly home is fully stocked and ready for you to come play including gas golf cart, 2 BBQ grills, & WiFi internet connection!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 38 executive golf courses with no greens fees and you pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
