Summary: We rented this house because we went to a concert in Ocala. The house was convenient to where we were going and it was nice, comfortable, and clean. There is graffiti on the side of the house across the street, but we felt safe. There was not enough silverware or coffee cups, I did let the owner know. There are cameras on the outside of the house. The house sleeps 8 and I booked for 5 adults. We had 3 friends get tickets last minute to the concert and join us since we had room for 3 more people. I got a message after I checked out stating that it "appeared" that we had more than 5 people staying with us and bill for additional per person charges of 30 per person per nite. I have never had this happen before, I assumed that since the house slept 8 I could have my extra friends stay with us last minute. Lesson learned.
