OUTSIDE
Our home is nestled on the Earman River where you can fish and take in the beautiful sunset. Enjoy the backyard oasis and grill or enjoy a bottle of wine al fresco.
KITCHEN
Fully renovated chef's kitchen equipped with everything including gas range, full cooking and bakeware, dinnerware sets, Keurig, tea kettle, and all small appliances including a blender for your frozen pina colada. Open concept floor plan with 4 bar stools.
LIVING/DINING
65" Wifi Smart TV and cozy leather sectional. Dining room overlooking the river seats 4 to 6 with additional folding chairs available.
BEDROOMS
Split floor plan with exquisite master suite. Brand new spa-inspired rain shower, his and hers sinks, 55" smart TV, and feather pillow top king mattress. All bedrooms have blackout blinds or curtains for a restful sleeping environment.
Second bedroom boasts a tranquil queen bed with extra pillows and blankets.
Third bedroom has a single twin and a full size futon, and includes a 50" monitor for playing video games (gaming console not included).
OUTDOOR PORCH
The front porch provides a relaxing, breezy escape to enjoy your morning coffee on cozy outdoor furniture.
BACKYARD
Our tranquil back yard has a patio area and fire pit where you can enjoy evening sunsets and cocktails. Bring a fishing pole and fish for bass just beyond the backyard gate. An impressive amount of wildlife can be seen from the backyard, including many local birds.
LOCAL AREA
Located East of I-95 and South of PGA Boulevard, just minutes to the Gardens Mall. Short drive to our many local beaches including John Prince Park, Juno Beach (dog friendly beach), Juno Beach Fishing Pier, Loggerhead Marine Life Center & Museum, and Jupiter Lighthouse Tour & Museum.
The Burns Road Aquatic Center, located less than 2 miles away, has a splash pad, kids pool, and waterpark slides for hours of fun in the sun! Multiple golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts are within a short drive from your front door. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is just minutes away. And don't forget Baseball Spring Training, The Honda Classic and Sunfest events in the spring. Boating, Charter Fishing, Snorkeling and Diving excursions available close to home as well.
Singer Island boasts several great beaches including Phil Foster (renowned snorkeling), John D. MacArthur Beach State Park (kayak/paddleboard rentals and visitor/learning center), Ocean Reef Park, Riviera Beach Municipal Beach including many restaurants & shopping at the Ocean Walk boardwalk.
Check out the manatees at the Manatee Lagoon & Museum on Flagler Drive or soak up the sun on Peanut island when you take the shuttle boat from the Riviera Beach Marina across the waterway. The marina also hosts open air markets, charter fishing, diving and the Rafiki Tiki Bar & Grille.
