Three Oars Bungalow is a large 1920`s home located directly across from the beach on the famous A1A (beachfront avenue lol). The house is spacious and boasts 3 large upstairs rooms, one giant downstairs studio with separate access, a huge kitchen/living room/dining room combo and a garage with a ping pong table. Fully stocked and adorably furnished, this laid back bungalow is a surf shack that is close to all the action.
Pool and soaking tub in fenced in back yard (not heated).
Things to note:
Upstairs and downstairs are separate entrances
Parking maxes out at 3 spots, and its very tight.
The city will tow you if your tires cross over the green line or are on the sidewalk so you may have to get creative with parking. Extra vehicles will need to arrange other parking.
We are located just north of the Hard Rock Hotel
No smoking inside home or near open doors or windows. We take this very serious and have installed smoke and marijuana detectors in the home that notify us if there is smoking in the home or even by doors and windows. We don`t care what you smoke just do it outside and away from doors and windows.
No house parties, no events.
Pets must be disclosed and pet fee per pet paid prior to check-in.

Hi! We`re Tom, Colin & Krista-a group of friends that love vacationing and having fun! We are so happy you booked our home-it`s our dream home. When we were growing up, none of us could afford to stay in beautiful beach homes and now to get to have one and share it with you is a dream come true!
Over the years we have welcomed lots of guests, many come back year after year to enjoy the beach and home. We have truly enjoyed all the fun visitors that have blessed our home with their memories.
Sadly, since Covid-19 we have noticed a massive increase in guests nit-picking and seemingly looking for things to complain about. Our home is a home-it`s not perfect, it`s over a hundred years old and it gets used by a lot of guests-so at times things may break and we don`t have a crystal ball to know when that will happen. Our property manager reacts extremely promptly to any concerns and will get any issues fixed in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, that does not mean there is 24 hour on call repair service, so if there is an issue you would need to be understanding to the world we are in and know that we will get it resolved as quick as possible.
We would ask that if you are uptight, expect perfection or find that your vacation would be ruined if there is an issue that you pass over our home and find another spot. Life is short and we simply don`t want to host people that are demanding or just unhappy in life. Vacation should be fun and if you are ready to have some fun with family and friends, come enjoy the beach house!
We hope you understand. We do this because we enjoy it and want to continue to do so.
