Welcome to the Historic Hogg-Anderson House! The Hogg-Anderson house is in one of the best locations for everything in Downtown Wilmington! Free parking is included. We have a private gravel lot behind the house. We are one block to the river and the award-winning riverwalk, and across the street from Bakery 105! You are also within walking distance of all the museums, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
The house itself offers plenty of living space. The cozy living room opens to the fully updated kitchen which has a large island and plenty of seating space. Off the entry there's a huge dining table perfect for a nice evening meal in. The 3 bedrooms are all good size. One has a king bed, one a queen, and the other two twin beds. There are many historical touches throughout the house including numerous fireplaces and mantles. You'll love your stay in this historic gem in downtown!
You have access to the entire main house. We have a guest apartment we rent separately in the cellar of the home its own entrance from the back of the house.
