Summary: Communication with the host was outstanding. She always responded to my questions or needs immediately and even surprised me with cute coffee mugs and dish towels for when my friends arrived. I felt the listing could have been more accurate. I was unaware there were 17 steps up to the unit which made it difficult for me (alone) to unload my entire car for a 2 month stay. Also, I like to rent a home with games and this home had air hockey, darts, ping pong & basketball. I was unaware that all of these games were in the main living area and not in a separate lower level. Lastly, there is an outside area with table & chairs, but the flooring is wood with splinters so I definitely would not walk out there barefoot. As far as the area, your close to a road where people drive way too fast so when you're sitting outside it can be distracting. I don't want to be terribly critical but these are the things that I was not pleased with. Again, for the cost of this rental I was able to spend 2 months in Florida, close to beaches and many tourist attractions.
