Summary: Nicely redone apartment. Considering the 90 degree temps it would have been nice to know there is no central air only a portable AC unit that is quite loud and a wall unit in one bedroom. The other bedroom had only a box fan and was uncomfortably warm. Although the unit was surface level clean, there were details that definitely needed attention- dust and cobwebs on the toilet roll holder, dusty in general, bathroom sinks could have used some extra scrubbing. Nothing bad enough to request service but definitely not what I would consider exceptional standards of cleanliness. Neighborhood is definitely up and coming with some rough areas but a couple of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also appreciated the close proximity to most things we wanted to do, especially the Cincinnati Art Museum. Overall, good not great.
