Summary: The home was nice and we loved the pool and putting green in backyard. Otherwise I’ll never use Vrbo again! The master bathroom did not have a shower door it looked like it was broken off completely.. and the ad said the place was newly renovated. The rental agency claims they had no idea at all that there was a missing door. Mind you it was so nice the pics of bathroom we couldn’t wait to use the shower…the place had not been cleaned there were ashes, cigarette butts, broken outside furniture, empty water bottles under master bed.. all kinds of dirt and dust on the floors, which I could see perfectly, also dead bugs behind the couch. They wouldn’t even offer us a refund at all and waited til 10am when we were already gone to offer us a few days to stay longer. They knew we wouldn’t be able to check the message at that time since we had to checkout by 10. I am pissed I spent this much on a place and it wasn’t what we expected based on pictures.
