The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV. It has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a nice sized closet.
Guest bedroom one also has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin size trundle beds that can sleep 4 kids or 2 adults. Both guest bedrooms also have Smart TVs with a ROKU stick.
The sofa in the first living room can be converted into a queen size sleeper sofa.
Serenity Palms is conveniently located in the SW of Cape Coral close to the Surfside Shops where you can find multiple restaurants, a Starbucks, an ice cream store, a great weekly Farmer's Market and more. With easy access to Veterans Pkwy. it is an ideal location to get quickly to Ft. Myers or Matlacha. The next grocery store and pharmacy are about a 5 minute drive.
