"Seaglass" - Beautifully renovated 2-level contemporary home on Jamestown's historic North End, exquisitely appointed and decorated. Very spacious, 2200 square feet with over an acre of land just 1 block to Narragansett Bay.
Enter through the lower level to an open living area with sitting area and a daybed. You will also find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with twin beds, laundry and full bath in lower level.
Go upstairs to the main living area, a spacious and beautiful open area--living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, subway tiles and a farm sink. Huge windows let in lots of light and provide a wonderful view to the water. Master suite on second floor with a king size bed and master bath.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of Seaglass are the large wrap around decks on upper and lower level. Porch swing, rockers and outdoor dining will allow for lots of outdoor living and relaxing. Very quiet location with nice water views.

Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful time in Jamestown. This rental is the best equipped and cleanest of any we have ever visited. The managing company led by Nancy were fantastic and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend this beautiful home. The location is perfect to visit Newport and other areas.
