Enjoy a peaceful stay in one of the area's premier beach, golf and tennis resorts. This 2BR/2BA unit has been recently updated for your comfort and enjoyment. The condo's expansive shaded patio overlooks the 13th hole of the championship Seascape Golf Course, and is just a short jaunt to the beach access or world-class Tennis Center.
The MBR features a new king bed and en suite bathroom. The second BR has twin beds with new mattresses. The second full bath is across the hall from the second BR and also has access from the living areas. The kitchen has been updated, and the living room and dining room are both spacious. There is also a dining table outside, along with a porch swing for those lazy afternoons (or mornings).
There are ceiling fans and HDTV's throughout. Cable TV and high-speed internet are provided. Washer/dryer in the condo. Parking is right outside the unit, a lockable storage area is provided, and there are no stairs to climb.
This is a non-smoking condo with no pets allowed. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. And please note that during the summer season (June until mid-August) the unit rents on a weekly basis ONLY, Saturday to Saturday.
