The T/C is our 450 square foot Efficiency/Studio unit at SandDollar Cove Cottages. The unit has a Queen size Murphy Bed (very comfortable) and a complete Kitchen with all your appliances and utensils. There is a large bath room with a corner shower. In your living room area is a Full size Futon that is for additional sleeping accommodations. There are 3 Hunter ceiling fans and a 1 1/2 ton Mini/split a/c. You will have cable T/V with a 32" flat screen and Internet for Wi-Fi thru cable. We are saving the best for last you are just 75 feet from the water edge. In the beginning of this year we completed your 10' x 15' Gazebo with a gas grill and with power / lights and coming soon an out side shower........;-

This 1 Bedroom Condo provides accommodation with Parking, TV, Security/Safety, for your convenience. This Condo features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. Summary: This property has fallen into disrepair. Nothing like the condition of a previous trip. We stayed in 2 units and both had numerous defects. VRBO over promotes this property . The owner incapacitated and lost control of the situation..be aware.
